Impacts of Stress
Impacts of Stress
Every living being in the world often experiences stress. It
is basically a physical response of the brain and the body to any potential
threat or demand.
When your body feels the potential of stress it releases a
complex mix of hormones and chemicals causing a number of reactions in the
body. These reactions could be your knees and hands getting shaky; your palms
get sweaty, and your heartbeat and breathing getting faster. These reactions
are caused due to the release of a hormone called adrenaline which temporarily
affects your nervous system. Some people can recover from stressful events more
quickly than others. A stress reaction may be a one-time event, for short
period of time or can frequently be happening over a long period of time. You
might experience stress from day to day activities, like the pressure of work,
school, family, divorce, illness, events like an accident, natural disaster
etc.
However, stress can be life-saving in some situations:
- Stressful situations lead to the release of chemicals which can give you a boost of energy, which also enables you to focus your attention so you can react quickly to the situation.
- The quickness of pulse, faster breathing, use of more oxygen and increased activity in your brain are all aimed at your body to prepare to face a threat.
- The stress response can help you perform well under pressure. It can help you mount to a challenge; focus and can boost your energy. It is a part of learning and growing up.
- It can also motivate you while preparing or performing certain tasks like take a test or an interview for a new job.
Everyone is exposed to stressful situations in their lifetime. How an individual copes with it can lead to a wide variety of health problems.
- If the stress response goes on for a long period of time it is called chronic stress which can hamper your health. During chronic stress, the mixed hormones and chemicals get released rapidly. These can suppress the immune system, sleep, digestion and reproductive system.
- A longer period of stress can release chemicals which can leave a person to feeling tired or overwhelmed.
- People who suffer from stress for long durations of time can become sick, unable to concentrate or think and even suffer from mental breakdowns.
- Chronic stress can cause one to drink too much alcohol or intake of nicotine which can increase your blood pressure and may damage the artery walls.
The continued strain of stress in your body can cause mental
disorders like depression or anxiety.
Conclusion
We should all take steps to manage stress so that it does not impact our health. There are different methods such as Yoga, meditation, etc. which help to alleviate stress.
Modern lifestyle has seen a rise in stress levels among
people. One of the most common causes of stress for parents is the poor
academic performance of their kids.

Can Do Attitude
Never Let What You Can't Do Interfere With What You Can Do
It's it difficult to keep our focus. I think it has
something to do with things or events that we allow into our lives to distract
us. Not all of these things are bad in nature, but they become a problem when
we allow them to distract us from viewing at life.
There are various things that competes with our time. The
moment we allow them to take too much; we lose our focus. We don't have to cut
these distractions out entirely, we just need to keep them in check.
No one can serve two masters at the same because the
tendency is either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be loyal
to the one and despise the other. Do one thing at a time and try to manage your
time efficiently.
We should not dwell on regrets. It's important to understand
that it's normal to commit mistakes and failures. What's important is how we
learn from them. Stop looking back, forgive and forget and then compile all
those lessons you've learned to move on with life. Never let regrets or
disappointments distract you from reaching your dreams and aspirations in life.
Becoming complacent is also important in doing what you
want. It's one thing to experience happiness and be content with yourself but
never let yourself get so comfortable that you're no longer hungry for change.
You don't need to change anything especially in your personality. Do not do
something just to please others. Make sure that it makes you feel good and
secure. I am sure, you would already be wildly successful.
What you're doing today can always be improved on and
enhanced if you allow yourself a room for improvement. But still do it for
yourself not for others. Keep your drive strong. You can always afford to learn
something new from your everyday experience and even from the people that
surrounds you. They might criticize you but in the end, you alone, can decide
for yourself. Don't allow their words to affect you. Never let anyone define
who you are.
Though, I am willing to bet that there's at least one part
of your life you'd like to change or improve, but you might not know how. Maybe
you know what to do but don't have the energy or motivation to even start. Just
be open for change.
Don't let what you can't do interfere what you can do. Those
things are just one per cent of your total being. You can learn from those
negative comments and do better as long as you are willing to give a try. In
other words, we don't get a choice about living our lives if we allow our
circumstance to affect us.
Bottom line is the fact that we need to know what matters
most to each of us.
Most of us live in a life defined by other people who
believe we need to know or who we need to be. But honestly, what we do is
nobody's business. It is ours alone to make.

The Benefits of being Self Motivated in All Undertakings
The Benefits of Being Self Motivated in All Undertakings
Taking responsibility for your own success is the best and only shortcut to success. Therefore, you should know that you are who you want to be and the limit is just within your definition. So what does this mean? It means that individuals need to be self-motivated when pursuing a destiny in their life. The inspiration to wake up every morning and do what you are supposed to be doing should come from yourself and not forced on you by someone else. It is intrinsic, not extrinsic. Everyone knows what, they want and therefore you only can drive yourself to success. Here are some of the advantages of having intrinsic motivation.
You Will Not Find Any Possible Barriers
When a person is self-motivated, there is nothing like impossible since the person will work on anything that looks like a barrier and eventually make it to the other side. On the contrary, when the force is coming from someone other external force not related to the individual, it is very easy to give up and therefore the goal is not achieved. The driving force first is usually from an external source, and therefore you just work under supervision. When this person or source of power is not present, you just give up when you are faced with a barrier. This is not the right way of going by the things you have to do so as to get to the destination. Therefore, individuals should learn to be self-motivated so as to hit the targets easily.
You Value the Goal and So You Are Going for It
People will have intrinsic driving force when they value the goal. When you know what exactly it is that you want, you will ultimately go for the goal, and this is because it impacts your life directly. In short, the motivation is based on the satisfaction offered by the goal that you have set. On the contrary, when the goal benefits the other parties, (because you see it that way) it then becomes very hard to keep going.
This is sometimes the case in a workplace where the staff might see there is no need of burning midnight oil, yet the job you are doing is benefitting someone else, and your salary is just fixed. This is also the reason why some companies pay sales staff based on commission so that they can stretch themselves to the limit.
You Will Leave No Stone Unturned
Think of the miners, they will literally dig down the furrow even after exhausting the precious stone that was on the site. When they leave that site, don't be surprised when others come to scope anything that might be left there. When a person`s inspiration is coming from the inside, this is usually the case. Therefore you will make sure that you have done all the tasks just to achieve the goal that is in front of you. On the contrary, you will just be waiting for the time to pass so as to leave the office no matter how much work is on the waiting tray.
Intrinsic driving force is the best form of motivation you should have to achieve life goals.

Perfect time for a Fresh Start!
That Fresh New Start You're Hoping for
EVERY New Year brings the opportunity for hopes that are
dreamt of in nearly all people, whether they're purveyors of resolutions or
not. Are there any resigned to a life that falls into the pit of despair?
But our hopes for an improved year (if 2017 in this case was
a bad one) can be dashed through the experience of a bad New Year's Day.
Soon enough unconscious expectations make their move into
the conscious realm. We can begin to crave release from the annus horribilus of
the previous year. Such a craving steers our perception into a desperate sort
of seeking. Any other eventuality than what we planned for seems like a
continued failure, and the dreams of New Year, and a fresh new start, are
quickly given up as unrealistic. Then deep disappointment sinks in.
We may even feel so foolish as to hide deep inside
ourselves, withdrawing from the life that would certainly bring release.
New Year is an opportunity for a fresh new start, that is
for sure. Yet, just because the first day or early days of New Year seem no
different from the past year doesn't mean we should give our dreams up. If
anything, we're counselled to press even more deeply into the wishes we have for
change.
The early days of New Year are blessed most with perspective
that persists if we desire change. No change occurs overnight. As we keep that
in mind, a ruined New Year's Day and/or days following are not the defeat they
seem to be at all. Change comes from a renewed and resolute mindset.
These doubt-filled days are simply a reminder that if change
is to be brought about we need to persevere.
As nothing of worth was ever achieved in a day or two, we're
best to take the pressure for success down a few notches. Success is not
brilliance, it comes with diligence.
If you don't succeed immediately, don't give up. Real hope
is impossible to disappoint.
There is one thing worse than the pain in the sacrifice
required to achieve a new goal; it is continuing to believe you are on the
right track without changing anything.

Resolutions for a Happy New Year 2018
Four Tips That Can Save You From Making Stupid New Year Resolutions
Around the beginning of each year, people start beating up
on themselves, agonizing about things not accomplished in the past, and then
they seek a solution in some dim, poorly thought out pledge to be and/or act
differently in the upcoming year. For those of the Christian faith, it is
apparent that many have confused themselves into thinking that Lent is a year
round thing and that a New Year resolution is about denial. For others a
resolution is not a resolution unless it is grandiose and has as an added benefit
of requiring a major change in lifestyle or life direction. These are often
folks who make these decisions and pledges, after having had several glasses of
champagne. The lucky ones do not remember it the next day! To make a New Year
resolution, one needs to understand why there is any value at all in doing so.
Here are four things to consider when building sound goals for New Year
resolutions.
First, the most important thing is that a resolution must be
designed for success and not based on denial. Denial is bad in nearly all
things. If your Faith is involved here, keep repeating "this is not
Lent" as you work on your resolution!
Second, a resolution must not pledge a person to quit doing
something they truly enjoy because it has a very small margin for success. Quit
smoking, giving up chocolate (not Lent remember), most diet pledges and
resolutions that are dependent of someone else doing something, are doomed to
failure. Several years ago, a Catholic friend made a new years resolution,
which called for another friend to get married that year. This is a wish; in a
stretch, it may be considered a prayer. However, it is not a resolution
designed for success. Creating or committing to a New Years resolution that has
no margin for success, has no value. If a person does not believe the goal on
which the resolution is based is achievable, then it is stupid and again, has
no value. Save your stop smoking plan and diet strategies for lifestyle changes
that you work on with your doctor and your fitness guru, not for a New Year
resolution.
The third thing is that for a resolution to be successful,
it should bring the person true personal satisfaction. To do this, the
resolution must be something the individual actually wants, even desires to be
different in their life. Personally, two of my best resolutions in this decade
have been tremendous successes for this very reason. In, 2001 I resolved to
stop wearing neckties. I have not done so since, not even at my wedding that
year. Get some collarless dress shirts, a few nice print shirts and some silky
mock turtlenecks and one is good to go. The following year I resolved to stop
wearing a wristwatch. I do, on occasion, carry my Father's gold railroaders
pocket watch and in a pinch, my cell phone will tell me the time.
Two other examples may help illustrate the strength personal
satisfaction can play in a well thought out New Years resolution. While still
in his teens, a fellow to whom I am close was told by his Father that one could
"tell a great deal about a person by whether they kept their shoes
shined." Since this person disliked shining shoes, he thought of his
Father's words on any occasion that he noticed his own dull or scoffed shoes
while in a group of other people. One year, he pledged to frequent shoe shine
stands and get regular shoe shines. Each time he did this it made him think of
his Father, of whom he was every fond. Now that is a New Years resolution!
The second example is a man who made a resolution in 1979
not to enter a church except to observe the design or architecture unless the
occasion was a wedding or funeral for which he could not find a way to get out
of going. Only one time has he failed to keep that pledge. On Xmas Eve of 1990,
he entered Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris to observe the spectacular of the
Midnight Mass celebration. Not exactly grounds for branding him a backslider!
The fourth key to avoiding stupid goal-setting in New Years
resolutions is to analysis the scope of your future disappoint if you fail to
stick to the pledge. If you make the resolution in order to bring yourself
satisfaction or even happiness, to fail to achieve the outcome will bring you
neither. Failure is likely to make a person quiet disappointed with themselves.
That is not a place we want to resolve to be shortly after beginning a New
Year. By looking inside one's self like this, we can increase our chances of
recognizing a resolution with the potential for success from one that will
bring disappointment. Do not make a resolution that your head or your heart
tell you will bring disappointment and make you feel bad about yourself.
Ask yourself questions based on these four tips to get at an
understanding of your true conviction regarding the resolution. Is this about
denial? If there is denial involved, step away from the denial. Is this a
significant lifestyle change? If so, it is not likely to become a successful
resolution. Will my success with this resolution bring bring me significant
personal satisfaction? If the answer is yes, you are most of the way there my
friend. Am I dependent on the actions of others to be successful with this
resolution? If the answer is yes, move on from this resolution to one where you
are the one in control. By answering a few questions of this kind and other I
am sure you can think of, you will greatly increase your odds of gaining the
incredible personal satisfaction of successfully living your New Year
Resolutions.
In closing, here's an observation that may be viewed as a
bit of a disclaimer. Resolutions that involve any kind of commitment to regular
exercise should not have these rules or this analysis applied to them. Exercise
is not about denial, it's about achieving the discipline and commitment to
continue. It is about feeling better because you do it. This is about your
health. Exercise that does not pound your body around but rather helps you
maintain your muscles, heart and well-being should be in the New Year's resolution
"try, try again" file. Trying and failing to achieve the commitment
and discipline for success will bring disappoint, no doubt about it. The key is
to keep at it until you find an enhancing activity like Yoga, walking, or maybe
swimming that finally allows you success and personal satisfaction. I believe
that Yoga, all by it's self can be the center of many sound goals that may
provide New Years resolution success. Regular yoga practice provides an
umbrella lifestyle for exercise, stress management, meditation, balance and
well-being. As I said before, now that's a New Year's resolution!

Smart Work Precedes Hard Work
Smart Work Precedes Hard Work: Top 5 Tips for Increasing Efficiency
A famous proverb says, "Industry is the key to
success." However, working very hard, but without effective smartness, can
move success even further. Sister Mary Lauretta says, "To be successful,
the first thing to do is fall in love with your work." By falling in love,
you started feeling passionate and aroused towards your work, and thus you
start making effective plans for better results. Therefore, the ability of
planning, organizing and executing tasks smartly is a prerequisite for success.
Following are top 5 tips for increasing efficiency in your work and getting
closer to success:
1. Never multitask:
Though people usually refer to multitasking a lot, no such
thing exists in reality. According to Devora Zack, multitasking is an illusion,
as the human brain cannot be at two different places at the same time. So, what
people refer to as "multitasking" is actually switching between
tasks, while not completing any of them perfectly. Yes, sometimes we grow
muscle memories, and those allow us to do two tasks at the same time, e.g.,
eating and watching TV. However, these are not really "multitasking,"
as we cannot divide our concentration equally among two tasks. We either need
to focus on eating, while almost forgetting what we're watching; or we need to
focus on watching TV, while accidentally eating a chili instead of a bean.
Therefore, you should instead focus on one single task at once and do not move
to another work until the job is finished. To get help with this, follow tip #
2.
2. Let Zeigarnik Effect Help you:
Zeigarnik effect refers to the theory which claims that
people remember tasks that are left incomplete, instead of completed tasks.
Therefore, if you start a job, your mind will continuously remind you of
completing the work. So, instead of sitting and planning for a lot of time,
just start a task and then make plans in between; as your brain will help you
complete the task once you start it.
Let this tendency help you to work around psychological
situations like writer's block. When you can't work, just start working, the
brain will help you overcome the rest of the issues.
3. Sleep in Cycles:
It is mandatory to be in perfect awareness of your mind
during your work; and without sleeping perfectly, it is impossible to do so.
Researchers claim that our body sleeps in 90 minutes' cycles on an average. Try
to wake up after a complete 90 minutes' cycle. This will make sure a refreshing
condition of your mind and body every morning. So, instead of sleeping for 7
hours, sleep for 6 hours or 7 and a half; whichever is more suitable for you.
However, the cycle varies a bit from person to person. So, find your sleeping
cycle and try not to wake up in the middle of a cycle. There are several apps
for helping you to find out your own sleep cycle.
4. Use Every Morning Most Efficiently:
Surveys and researches debate that human body is generally
at the peak of its performance during the first few hours at work, as our body
remains most energetic and enthusiastic in the morning. So, try to complete
most crucial day tasks in the first couple of hours of your day. If there are
different types of tasks that you have to do regularly, schedule the hardest or
the most critical tasks for the morning. Though many companies schedule
meetings in the mornings, try to avoid the practice. Morning is for being most
productive, not for lengthy discussions. Never spend early morning hours in
checking emails (unless that's the most important task for your job), checking
out Facebook or Twitter pages, replying to messengers, etc.
unproductive/less-productive tasks.
5. Never Miss Your Breakfast:
Though we popularly tend to miss our breakfast mostly and
eat a lot during our lunch, it is a very harmful practice, according to
experts. Even if you're getting late for office or an important meeting, do not
miss your breakfast. Breakfasts make sure that you can work perfectly in the
first few hours, and get the best out of yourself for your most productive
works.
Therefore, though it is emphasized that you should
"work hard in silence and let your success be the noise" for you, you
should be following smart work techniques for becoming successful.

Declutter, Simplify and No Complain!
10 Ways to Simplify Your Day
Your life might be complicated, but you can simplify it.
There's no reason to feel proud about juggling a complicated life. Why not
simplify your life and enjoy it more? You have plenty of slack in your life
taken out if you know where to look. Get the maximum out of each day while
leaving enough time to relax.
Simplify your busy life and smile more with these
strategies:
1. Make a short list of things to do. A long to-do list is
intimidating and drains a little bit of your soul each time you glance at it.
Make a short list of things that you can complete by the end of the day. You'll
be forced to prioritize your tasks and stand an excellent chance of feeling
good about yourself at the end of the day.
2. Declutter one thing each day. It might be your desk, the
front closet, or the refrigerator. You'll be surprised how much time you save
when it comes time to formally clean an area if you keep knocking down the
clutter each day.
3. Do any errands after work, not before. As you were
driving home from work only to realize that you need gas? Do you get gas? No,
you tell yourself that you'll do it in the morning. You get up a little late,
forget that the car is nearly out of gas, and you've just created a hassle for
yourself. Your morning ritual should be the only thing you do before work.
4. Say "no" more often. Too many yesses create
chaos and stress. A simple day contains relatively few tasks and obligations.
Only agree to something if you genuinely believe that doing it is wise. Avoid
feeling bad about saying, "no." Control your time.
5. Complain less. You might have plenty to complain about,
but why not just fix those things? If you can't set them, then there's no
reason to worry about them. You'll feel better if you complain less. Try it for
a month.
6. Spend at least an hour each evening without any
electronic devices. That includes the TV. Unplug and enjoy doing something else
for a change. Play games, read a book, go for a walk, or just take a nice nap.
7. Carry a water bottle with you. Staying hydrated is
essential, and water is the best thing for you. If you have water with you,
you'll be less tempted to drink something unhealthy. Try the same idea with
healthy snacks.
8. Create a morning ritual. Include the time you get up,
what you have for breakfast and everything else you do before you walk out the
door. Having a morning ritual ensures that the important things get done and
that you're out the door on time. You don't even have to think. Just follow
your routine.
9. Consider purchasing a crockpot. You can have dinner
waiting for you when you get home. Imagine the time and stress you'll save.
You'll also only have to clean one pot.
10. Only do one thing at a time. Multi-tasking is stressful
and ineffective. You'll get more done, feel better, and be less stressed if you
focus on one thing at a time.
One of the easiest ways to profoundly alter your life is to
focus on simplification. You'll be less stressed, enjoy your life more, and get
more of your essential tasks done each day. Focus on finding ways to make your
life easier without creating additional demands on your time. A simple life is
a happy life.

life you always wanted? Well, you rewire your brain! Take the first step by

3 Steps for Successful Resolutions
3 Steps for Successful Resolutions
Certain times of the year lend themselves to reviewing our
lives, to taking time to look at where we've been, what we've achieved so far
and where we want to go from here. Keeping life interesting and fulfilling can
mean introducing some changes, which will often require planning in order that
they be successfully implemented. Let's look at three steps for successful
resolutions.
Resolution A's
- Achievable. For goals or changes to be actionable they
need to be realistic. It's important that they stretch us enough so we keep on
trying, but not be so daunting that we give up feeling exasperated, useless or
completely deflated. Remember that a high-jumper only knows they've reached
their limit when they fail, otherwise they keep on raising the bar. Make sure
that you allow for training, coaching or support in areas where you're short of
essential skills or knowledge.
- Application is about keeping on turning up. We have to
regularly check in with our goals and maybe make a few sacrifices along the
way. But it's also important to give ourselves rewards as encouragement and an
acknowledgment of our efforts. Treat yourself to a relaxing bath or shower
after a workout or training, enjoy a cosy night watching a film after an
onerous piece of work. Reward yourself for the hard graft and determination
you've displayed.
- Allow yourself to fail from time to time without beating
yourself up. Be gentle with yourself. There's no need to be harsh if you slip
up or don't immediately reach your target. Re-focus and start again, treating
setbacks as minor events on the road to good results. We're all human and a
mini-lapse doesn't need to signal the end of your aspirations.
Resolution B's
- Begin with the right mindset, but don't wait for all
conditions to be perfect before you start. You don't need to wait for a new
day, week or year - right now is as good a time as any. Set yourself some
relevant tasks or actions every day. It may be to make a phone call, send an
email, do 10 minutes exercise, cook a healthy meal. Find affirmations or
phrases that keep you motivated and on track. You could say to yourself 'I am
doing this', 'I am worth this', two examples of ways to talk positively to
yourself and bolster your self-belief.
- Barriers to successful resolutions may typically be seen
as having too little time, financial constraints, responsibilities like work,
children, family or partners. Different factors may contrive to get in the way
of you being free to pursue your goals but try to work around them. If now's
not a good time to commit fully, why not break down your goals and identify the
individual stepping-stones that will move you nearer, taking you in the right
direction. Work on the one or two steps that you can accommodate right now.
- Blockages may well be an aspect of your own mindset, the
negative self-talk that has perhaps accumulated over the years. Identify any
stressors or situations that tend to trigger a negative response or divert you
from your path. Then you can work to resolve those issues. Therapy can
sometimes be useful when this happens, especially if it happens on a regular
basis.
Resolution C's
- Check inside yourself to ensure that your goals are right
for you, that they're yours and not someone else's. Do you really want to stop
smoking, lose weight, get fitter, take your business to the next level? Doing
things to please someone else can work for a time but is often difficult to
sustain long-term or when the going gets tough.
- Commitment is sustained by belief and the desire to
succeed. Setting mini-goals is often a great way to motivate you to maintain
the effort. Then you can recognise each step as a positive result in its own
right, leading you to the overall prize. Congratulate yourself at each
milestone reached.
- Challenge yourself when you set goals and resolutions.
It's best when your goals have a real resonance for you, when they stretch,
motivate and inspire you, even on the tough or difficult days. That way you get
to relish the sense of achievement every time you do well.
- Care for yourself well. When you're the most important
person in your life others get the best of you too. When you look after yourself
you're better equipped to support others. You're more positive, relaxed and
less stressed. Yes, people and situations may need you to be there, to love and
care for them, earn money, be supportive, but be sure to find a balance. Caring
for yourself and your needs through supporting your goals and quality of life
ensures that you're happier and healthier, emotionally, mentally and
physically.
Then all that needs to happen is for you to set yourself
some goals and resolutions. Why not start this positive process now!

The POINTS Of Knowing Yourself
The POINTS Of Knowing Yourself
How can anyone, become the best, he might, possibly be,
until/ unless, he does, all he can, to know himself better, in an honest,
introspective, objective manner? Whether this refers to one's career,
profession, aspirations, etc, or simply, an attempt at self - improvement, it
must begin, with identifying, enhancing, and focusing, on, the POINTS of truly,
knowing, one's self. With this in mind, this article will briefly attempt to
examine, consider, and discuss, using the mnemonic approach, some of what this
means and represents, and why.
1. Personal strengths (versus weaknesses):
While it's
important to set goals, priorities, and aspirations, you can't become the best,
you can be, until/ unless, you become capable of being objectively
introspective, and identifying, both, your personal strengths, as well as areas
of weakness. This must be used effectively, so you begin to properly,
effectively use your strengths, to best advantage, while admitting, and
addressing your weaknesses, by proceeding with the inner fortitude, to focus on
becoming better!
2. Organized; options; opportunities; offer:
Never proceed
in a haphazard manner, but commit, to proceeding in an organized, focused way!
There are generally multiple options and alternatives, and one must select, the
best course of action, for him, to take, which might best align, with his
strengths and abilities. Be prepared to take advantage of the opportunities,
which present themselves, by knowing how to recognize them, and having the
quality judgment, to make the best choice. Always ask yourself, what you have
to offer!
3. Integrity; intentions; interests:
Differentiate yourself
from the masses, by maintaining your commitment to proceeding, with absolute
integrity, especially when some shortcut, might seem convenient! Unless you do
so, how will you ever, truly respect yourself? Know your interests, and why,
and be certain of your intentions, consistently.
4. Nurturing; needs; notice:
How will you align your
personal needs, with the best way, to proceed? Will you maintaining a nurturing
attitude/ behavior, which will motivate and inspire others, and attract them,
to you, in an inspiring way? Will you notice and observe, all the necessary
idiosyncracies?
5. Timely:
Take personal responsibility, and avoid the easiest
tendency and path, which is procrastination! When you commit to proceeding in a
