When Nothing Goes Right, It's A Sign To Begin Using Your Creative Power

March 20, 2018 0

When you can answer to, where is my life going, by understanding and accepting your creative true power, even when it seems that, nothing goes right, you're opening the door for success in life. By having these ideas of a prosperous life we are able to live positive lives.
If we stay in self-doubt and other wrong-minded ego-based thoughts based on fear, doubt, and judgement and the like, those negative things, our dreams will never ever happen.
Our goals and objectives will be unlikely accomplished.
As individuals seeking a prosperous life, we ought to utilize our talents not only to recover ourselves and those around us, but also humankind as a whole.
Because alignment reinforces our ideas making us understand that we have a full and real potential within us to do more in our life.
You need to confess that words have different meanings and reflections for each individual.
For some abundance and prosperity suggests more cash and wealth while some may see it as success in business or in one's profession.
Naturally answering to, where is my life going, might be in the definition of having a loving household and a caring marital relationship.
It simply goes to reveal that it does not constantly mean material things.
Due to the fact that your creative power of magnificent heart and mind, is most likely one of the things that make you remarkable amongst the other species in the planet.
Yes, I mean we all simply need to tap into this creative power and utilize it so we might be able to meet and even discover a wonderful life of purpose and passion.
What are peace, love and money?
- Such things are energies that we see as truth.
- However such a belief is not pointed in just one instruction.
When your creative power is universal you can use that power to transform exactly what is taking place around you.
Something we have to remember when contemplating, where is my life going, is that there are principles that govern abundance.
Seasons come and go and in spite of everything, we are just unlimited beings. This is why we must strive for the highest excellent and hang on to things that we're passionate about.
When we feel that things are going in a wrong direction, and we're asking, where is my life going, this is the time that we need to reflect if the important things that are considered to be important, hold the same concern as they did before.
This must be surrendered and then changed to a favorable "right-minded" thought process, as the Course in Miracles terms, so we may produce something better if they do not.
In essence, we let go of the old to make space for the brand-new.
I've seen where some people use the idea of Prosperity and Abundance checks to attract more money.
Writing an Abundance Check
- An abundance check is simply a tool that can help you improve any area of your life.
- It can be a powerful idea to write a check of abundance and then let the Universe take care of the rest!
You could write down an amount that you feel comfortable with if you want to give it a shot. It is all about practice and feeling comfortable as you write abundance checks.
Needless to say, if you want more money (assuming you have little or no resistance), it can be useful to write down the exact amount on your abundance check.
If that's all you do.
In a previous session I discussed how to become successful in life fast by aligning to the Law of Manifestation
It was agreed you know you should be writing and creating more if you want to build an audience. You know you should be selling more if you want to make more money.
It is all about practice and feeling comfortable as you write abundance checks.
I know of a woman who practiced a similar approach by writing a letter to the universe, telling the universe what she was out to accomplish and needed help with the necessary resources.
She addressed it to the universe, put a postage stamp on it (with no return address) and put it in the mail box.
Needless to say, if you want more money (assuming you have little or no resistance), it can be useful to write down exactly what you need and then allow for the power of your subconscious to get to work on it.
- The power of the universe is within you!
- The problem is not knowledge.
You either have all the knowledge you need, or can have immediate access to that knowledge when you're mulling over thoughts like; where is my life going?
The Course in Miracles states, "Knowledge can be restored only when you meet its conditions. This is not a bargain made by God, Who makes no bargains."
The magnetic repulsion you feel keeps you from doing what you know you should be doing, already. And in order to win this war against yourself, you must first know your enemy.
Course in Miracles further states, "Knowledge is God's (the Universe) Will. If you are opposing His Will, how can you have knowledge?"
How do you begin this journey?
When you are properly aligned within you, to the core of who you are, you will always 'KNOW' what to do next.
By producing a list of exactly what is essential in your life, examining each one and after that finding out which of these have to go.
It is best to take notice of how you feel about that list and after that only keep what is worth to help you toward your passion.
This is likely the most fundamental part of any level of success in life.
Begin undergoing a 21 day cleansing process on how you think and on how you've been taking action on your objectives and goals if you're really serious.
Beyond that point, you can proceed with your life due to the fact that a prosperous life can be achieved by using your creative power as your guide.
So, what to do next?
When it seems nothing goes right, or you are questioning, where is my life going, look at the thoughts that may need some more cleansing, due to the fact that this is not something you neglect.
Remember, when we feel that nothing goes right, or things are not going our way, this is the time that we should reflect inwardly about, "What to leave in and what to leave out," as suggested in classic hit song, 'Against the Wind.'
Always be reviewing your list of what is important in your life and closely examining each item, and then take action on what you need to do next.
( Please note, I also suggest searching the net for helpful material on how to manifest money now with miracle minded secrets of perhaps, say, a millionaire mindset. Why not?)
To happiness and success in life!

4 Tips for Handling Post-Holiday Blues

February 20, 2018 0

Everyone is relieved when the holidays are over, and sometimes disappointed. If you're worn out, it's worth your while to take the time to recharge a little, and pamper yourself. Here are four simple tips for handling these common blues:

* If you are disappointed, and the holidays let you down in some way, process that first. Write in your journal, talk to an understanding friend or family member, and sort through your feelings. Understand what you were disappointed about, and what you're going to do to avoid that scenario in the future. (If Uncle Harry got drunk and ruined holiday dinner, consider not serving booze) If the problem was a big one (your boyfriend left you, someone died, you got some terrible news over the holidays) then consider getting the help of a good therapist or support group -- don't deal with tragic news alone.
* If you're just tired from all the celebration, cooking and preparation, consider pampering yourself. If you have the budget for it, take a spa day, or a night in a hotel. If the budget is shot, then get together with girlfriends and give each other manicures or makeovers. Set aside an evening with your hubby or boyfriend for massage, a DVD and popcorn, or just hanging out together, without all the company. Take a nap, a bubble bath, or a day off to do nothing. Picnic in the living room with your kids and pets.
* It's a new year -- consider refreshing yourself with something different. Try a different hair color, new makeup, a new workout routine, or take some (inexpensive) dance lessons or pottery or art classes at your local Department of Parks and Recreation, Community College Adult School, or your church or Jewish Community Center.
* Have some simple fun. You just spent two months doing complicated things -- working out family holidays, buying gifts, cooking, shopping and entertaining. Do something very easy that's fun for you. Take a bike ride along the beach or the river, read a new novel, watch your favorite comedy movie, hang out with your best friend for coffee, e-mail a funny YouTube video to your friends, play with your children or pets.
If your post-holiday blues are perennial, or run in your family, you might benefit from setting up an appointment to meet with a therapist. Families can benefit from therapy when they experience any stressful event that may strain family relationships, such as financial hardship, divorce, or the death of a loved one.

Realizing Your Authentic Inner Power Is The Key To Happiness

In the world we have always been in search of happiness, and today more so than ever before, we are realizing that authentic true inner power is the path to happiness.
Leaders of spirituality and inner peace going way back have phrased that happiness comes from within.
It seems that as time progresses and as we humans grow from within, we're finding true meaning of life at our inner core, and learning to reflect that abundance outwardly.
This state of reflection principle is what the most highly effective individuals who have ever been among us have learned to live by.
As we open our minds more and more as time goes by, we're seeing that this is how successful people grow.
Take, as an example, the pessimist and optimist.
When unwanted or bad things occur, the wrong-minded pessimist believes it will not last long, but will undoubtedly undermine his life.
He feels he's up against too strong of a wall and will not be able to fear and prevail and self-doubt become his life.
The right-minded optimist being more reasonable, he knows he will overcome life adversities presented him with the use of time.
The optimist concerns it as a momentary obstacle and tackles removing the obstacle. He runs the risk of more, however these efforts offer implying to his life and he reconciles it.
To "win while someone else must lose" is what culture has been teaching for centuries, and for that reason we live among fear and self-doubt instead of within our own holiness.
The Course in Miracles states, "You may still think that holiness is impossible to understand, because you can not see how it can be extended to include everyone."
There is enough on the subject of the path to happiness or the key to happiness, which would fill a library, but what kind of success would give you a sense of control over your life.

In Search of Happiness Efforts

(Please note in a previous discussion I went deep to suggest how to be happy with yourself and answering to, 'what do I need to be happy', is in how to begin finding happiness inside you.)
To generate success and great earnings, it must come through the idea that everyone wins. It must be efforts on behalf of a cause higher than oneself.
By truly helping others with sincerity, helpfulness, and issues for the well-being of others, we might need to take some time from our hectic schedule to 'coach' a struggling beginner.
This mindset uses a much easier path to happiness and being successful.
Personally, in search of happiness I have not set objectives so high that it would plunge me into depression if not achieved.
Offered the years (like me) you have labored the business world, you need to prevent the "joy-busters" from derailing your efforts.
Just then can you start measuring up to authentic happiness.
You will find more miracle-mindedness and creativity, better relationships, much healthier and energetic thoughts, leading to newer ideas and a more satisfying success level when you live within your naturalness.
The Course in Miracles teaches, "To you the miracle can not seem natural, because what you have done to hurt your mind has made it so unnatural that it does not remember what is natural to it.
Is there a difference between the life you have-- and the life you want?
Do you reflect outcomes, or do you assume excuses?
You can change this today; be that singer or actor/actress who is tone-deaf, but sings and charms people anyway for the authentic happiness it provides.
Perhaps at this point in your life you believe that things are not in line or formatted the way you 'd like.
You will find the path to happiness and improve your life much faster and reach your objectives easier if you can be happy in that truth.
To finding happiness!

Impacts of Stress

Impacts of Stress

Every living being in the world often experiences stress. It is basically a physical response of the brain and the body to any potential threat or demand.
When your body feels the potential of stress it releases a complex mix of hormones and chemicals causing a number of reactions in the body. These reactions could be your knees and hands getting shaky; your palms get sweaty, and your heartbeat and breathing getting faster. These reactions are caused due to the release of a hormone called adrenaline which temporarily affects your nervous system. Some people can recover from stressful events more quickly than others. A stress reaction may be a one-time event, for short period of time or can frequently be happening over a long period of time. You might experience stress from day to day activities, like the pressure of work, school, family, divorce, illness, events like an accident, natural disaster etc.

However, stress can be life-saving in some situations:
  • Stressful situations lead to the release of chemicals which can give you a boost of energy, which also enables you to focus your attention so you can react quickly to the situation.
  • The quickness of pulse, faster breathing, use of more oxygen and increased activity in your brain are all aimed at your body to prepare to face a threat.
  • The stress response can help you perform well under pressure. It can help you mount to a challenge; focus and can boost your energy. It is a part of learning and growing up.
  • It can also motivate you while preparing or performing certain tasks like take a test or an interview for a new job.

Everyone is exposed to stressful situations in their lifetime. How an individual copes with it can lead to a wide variety of health problems.
  • If the stress response goes on for a long period of time it is called chronic stress which can hamper your health. During chronic stress, the mixed hormones and chemicals get released rapidly. These can suppress the immune system, sleep, digestion and reproductive system.
  • A longer period of stress can release chemicals which can leave a person to feeling tired or overwhelmed.
  • People who suffer from stress for long durations of time can become sick, unable to concentrate or think and even suffer from mental breakdowns.
  • Chronic stress can cause one to drink too much alcohol or intake of nicotine which can increase your blood pressure and may damage the artery walls.
The continued strain of stress in your body can cause mental disorders like depression or anxiety.

Conclusion

We should all take steps to manage stress so that it does not impact our health. There are different methods such as Yoga, meditation, etc. which help to alleviate stress.

Modern lifestyle has seen a rise in stress levels among people. One of the most common causes of stress for parents is the poor academic performance of their kids.

Can Do Attitude

January 15, 2018 0

Never Let What You Can't Do Interfere With What You Can Do

It's it difficult to keep our focus. I think it has something to do with things or events that we allow into our lives to distract us. Not all of these things are bad in nature, but they become a problem when we allow them to distract us from viewing at life.
There are various things that competes with our time. The moment we allow them to take too much; we lose our focus. We don't have to cut these distractions out entirely, we just need to keep them in check.
No one can serve two masters at the same because the tendency is either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be loyal to the one and despise the other. Do one thing at a time and try to manage your time efficiently.
We should not dwell on regrets. It's important to understand that it's normal to commit mistakes and failures. What's important is how we learn from them. Stop looking back, forgive and forget and then compile all those lessons you've learned to move on with life. Never let regrets or disappointments distract you from reaching your dreams and aspirations in life.
Becoming complacent is also important in doing what you want. It's one thing to experience happiness and be content with yourself but never let yourself get so comfortable that you're no longer hungry for change. You don't need to change anything especially in your personality. Do not do something just to please others. Make sure that it makes you feel good and secure. I am sure, you would already be wildly successful.
What you're doing today can always be improved on and enhanced if you allow yourself a room for improvement. But still do it for yourself not for others. Keep your drive strong. You can always afford to learn something new from your everyday experience and even from the people that surrounds you. They might criticize you but in the end, you alone, can decide for yourself. Don't allow their words to affect you. Never let anyone define who you are.
Though, I am willing to bet that there's at least one part of your life you'd like to change or improve, but you might not know how. Maybe you know what to do but don't have the energy or motivation to even start. Just be open for change.
Don't let what you can't do interfere what you can do. Those things are just one per cent of your total being. You can learn from those negative comments and do better as long as you are willing to give a try. In other words, we don't get a choice about living our lives if we allow our circumstance to affect us.
Bottom line is the fact that we need to know what matters most to each of us.
Most of us live in a life defined by other people who believe we need to know or who we need to be. But honestly, what we do is nobody's business. It is ours alone to make.
